Dental Implants

Dental implants replace missing teeth to restore chewing, appearance, and oral health. Treatment is individually planned by our experienced implant team, with a clinic-reported overall success rate of up to 99%. Results depend on each patient’s health, bone condition, and aftercare.

Immediate implants

An implant may be placed immediately after tooth extraction in suitable cases. This can shorten treatment time, help preserve bone and gum contours, reduce the number of surgeries, and support a natural-looking result.

Immediate implant with restoration

Selected patients may receive an implant and temporary tooth on the same day. This restores appearance and basic function while the implant heals before the final restoration is placed.

Single, multiple, and full-mouth implants

  • Single implant: Replaces one missing tooth

  • Multiple implants: Replaces several teeth or supports an implant bridge

  • Full-mouth implants: Restores a complete arch or both jaws with fixed or removable implant-supported teeth

Our team has extensive experience in complex full-mouth implant treatment, including sinus grafting and bone augmentation when required.

All-on-4 implants

All-on-4 uses four strategically positioned implants to support a full arch of fixed teeth. It can provide greater stability than removable dentures and may reduce the need for bone grafting. In selected cases, temporary fixed teeth may be provided on the day of surgery.

All-on-4 is not suitable for everyone. Bone condition, general health, oral hygiene, and bite must be carefully assessed. Regular checkups and proper cleaning are essential for long-term success. Some patients may benefit from alternatives such as All-on-6 or conventional implant treatment.

Discussing your treatment plan

An implant consultation should consider your oral health, general health, medication history and goals. Ask which options are suitable for the missing teeth and how their benefits, limitations and maintenance compare. Not every patient needs the same imaging or preparatory procedure. If imaging is recommended, ask what clinical question it will answer and bring previous images where available.

Visits, healing and costs

Ask for the proposed stages of assessment, treatment, restoration and follow-up, including whether temporary teeth are part of the plan. Implant healing may take months or longer, and an advertised same-day option does not establish your suitability or mean that every stage is finished that day. Request an itemised estimate stating the implant, abutment, restoration, any additional procedures, follow-up and exclusions. Confirm timing with the treating team before booking travel.

Risks and ongoing care

Implant treatment involves surgery and is not risk-free. Possible complications include infection, injury to nearby structures, altered sensation, problems with components or implant failure. Your dentist should explain risks relevant to your health and treatment plan. Smoking may affect healing. Follow cleaning and aftercare instructions, attend reviews and contact your dental provider promptly if an implant becomes painful or loose. No long-term result is guaranteed.
